Turnaround Times:

1. Standard mastering time is typically between 3-8 business days.
2. Priority mastering will skip the queue of those that have previously paid for a standard master. Please note this does not guarantee a next day delivery, but that is the aim of this option.
3. Next Day & Same Day Delivery is for those that require a master to be returned within 24 hours. Please note that this option is for business days. We will still try to honour this option on weekends but it is not guaranteed. If we cannot honour the next day delivery during business days, we will apply it to your next mastering order.
4. For Same Day Delivery, this must be sent before 1pm GMT to guarantee it be returned. After 1pm you will be prioritised as a Next Day Delivery but will become first in the queue if it cannot be completed that day.

How to Submit your music:

1. Check your final mix after a break and with fresh ears – tired ears won’t give you a proper mix reference.
2. Check you aren’t unintentionally clipping anywhere in your mix.
3. If you can, check your mix in mono and stereo and on different speakers
4. Make sure the level of your track peaks between -6db and -3db. If the overall sum of your tracks are above -3db; please rebalance your individual tracks in your project to hit these levels on your master Output channel. Do not use your master fader to hit these levels.
5. Remove all plugins from the master output channel (ie Clippers, Maximisers, Limiters etc…).
6. When exporting/ bouncing, make sure dithering and normalising is turned off.
7. Leave some silence at the start and end of your track.
8. Allow reverb/ delays/ fx to play out at the end of the track when suitable
9. Send a 24bit WAV premaster of your track
10. Critically listen to your premaster before hand. Ensure that you are happy with the final result before the mastering stage.
11. Once you are happy, please upload to WeTransfer using the link function or any other similar file hosting websites and paste the link in the order page for us to download. Do not send separate wetransfer emails, these will be ignored and deleted.
12. Please do not allow your files to expire. You must you websites that allow your files to stay live for at least 2 weeks.
13. Remember not to leave your tracks until the last minute of a deadline. Allow us enough time to master your tracks properly.
14. If you are ensure whether your track is ready, please use our ‘In-depth Feedback Service‘ before hand for further guidance.

Terms and Conditions:

1. There are no refunds for mastering work.
2. We do not offer a try before you buy.
3. Please note that all mastering work is completed by Iglesias and Iglesias only.
4. We’re happy to offer revisions to ensure your master is exactly how you want it. If a quick fix is needed due to our oversight, it’s free of charge. However, if the revision is requested due to changes on the artist’s side – especially if they require significant adjustments or a full remaster – a £10 remaster fee will apply.
5. Our turnaround times are stated above but these are rough timings. NDD and Priority will always come first. Our standard delivery time can take up to 10 business days depending on time of the year, Iglesias being away for shows or if he is unwell. But typical times are stated above.
6. You are solely responsible for any audio files, data, text and information submitted by yourself on the website
7. All mastering work and emails are strictly confidential from both parties.
8. Please send all work using the provided email address. Do not Instagram or WhatsApp updates or revisions. Please use dedicated email threads linked to your orders and do NOT send separate wetransfer and dropbox links – keep these in the order form in the notes section when placing an order  (info@woodlands.studio)
